Sea Turtle, Inc.

At Sea Turtle Inc., we focus on conservation, medical care, applied research, and education related to endangered sea turtle species. 

Donations and adoptions help with the upkeep of the sea turtles housed at the facility. This upkeep includes food, medications, heaters, filters, water, and electricity. We also use donations to support Sea Turtle, Inc.’s educational programs.

Year-round, we offer volunteer opportunities. As a college student, there are two ways to volunteer. From March to August, we host an internship program for recently graduated biology students funded through donations. You can attend an interest session and become a student volunteer just during the semester you need logged hours for your class, OR you can become a volunteer and assist throughout the year or longer! During the summer months, we experience a high volume of visitors and a limited number of volunteers, making it an ideal time to lend a hand.
