Rio Grande Valley Literacy Center provides economic opportunities by empowering our communities through adult education and literacy.
The RGVLC currently offers ESL and GED-preparation classes in seven locations across Hidalgo County.
What We Do
The RGVLC is an adult education organization. It offers ESL (English as a Second Language) classes and high-school equivalency, GED-preparation classes in English and Spanish. We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
