Citizens Volunteer Council for Rio Grande State Center

The CVC consists of community members who volunteer their time and resources to improve the lives of patients receiving services at Rio Grande State Center. We provide goods, services and activities beyond the basic needs provided by the state.

The Citizens Volunteer Council exists solely to improve the quality of life of patients receiving services at the facility through fundraising efforts.
