Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley

Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley is the charitable branch of the Diocese of Brownsville. Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley has projects that provide assistance to the poor and most vulnerable population in our community. It is part of the larger family of Catholic Charities USA and Caritas Internacionalis. 

The mission of Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley is to provide service, to help people in need, to advocate for justice in social structures, and to call the entire church and other people of goodwill to do the same.
