UTRGV #subculture: The Future is Now is a free community event that gives participants the opportunity to have a hands on experience with a variety of interactive workshops and activities for all ages. This event will be happening on November 17th from 2:00pm to 6:00pm in downtown Brownsville (11th and Adams).
Workshops this year will include:
Printmaking: watch, learn, and participate
Engineering and Computer Science: demystifying robotics, gaming, and technology
Drumming: grab some sticks and feel the beat
Virtual Reality: experience the future in 3D
Cultural Digital Photography: the modern vision of today
