The goal of the Nash Bash is to bring our community together to celebrate the life of Michael Alexander Nash. It is open to the public and All ages are welcome.

This year, we will have amazing LIVE Music Performances and Entertainment for everyone, Skateboarding Contests, Raffles, Farmers Market, Food Trucks, Drinks, Face Painting and Tattoos, Trims and Cuts, Art Gallery and Workshops, Book Swap and Authors, Pet Adoptions, Family Fun and Games.

Event Take-Down Crew

Date/Time: Saturday, Nov 15 | 11:00 PM – 1:00 AM (approx.)

Volunteer Duties:

o   Put away tables, tents, and ice chests

o   Assist with dismantling audio, lights, LED screens, and stages

o   Ensure all event equipment is safely stores

Exhibitor & Guest Support

Date/Time: Saturday, Nov 15 | 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM (flexible shifts)

Volunteer Duties:

o   Support community partners (zoo, pet adoptions, library, authors, farmers market, etc.) at their booths

o   Guide guests and answer questions

o   Assist families as they explore booths and activities

Skateboarding Contest Support

Date/Time: Saturday, Nov 15 | 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (approx.)

Volunteer Duties:

o   Assist with setting up audio and tent for announcers

o   Provide general support for the skateboarding competition area

Stage & Performer Support

Date/Time: Saturday, Nov 15 | 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Volunteer Duties:

o   Assist younger performers on Stage 3 starting at 1 PM

o   Support band performances from 3 PM–11 PM (helping with setup/transition between two stages)

o   Provide general stage assistance (moving equipment, checking audio/lighting needs)

Event Set-Up (Booths, Tables & Tents)

Date/Time: Saturday, Nov 15 | 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Volunteer Duties:

o   Set up tables and tents for multiple booths (zoo, pet adoptions, library, authors, farmers market, etc.)

o   Assist with audio, lights, and LED screens for performers

o   Help prepare watering stations for event guests
