This will be a cleanup of the area around the Jaime J. Zapata Memorial Boat Ramp and the Brownsville Ship Channel (by the antenna). We will need 4x4 and trailer support to bring items from back by the ship channel up to a roll-off dumpster up by the roadway.
All volunteers are required to wear coverings, and face masks will be provided to those who need them. Social distancing will be observed by the volunteers. Groups will be of 10 or fewer persons.
We will supply disposable face masks, hand sanitizer, sanitizing spray solution, nitrile gloves, work gloves, sunscreen, insect repellent, trash bags, onion bags for broken glass or wet items, bottled water, and snacks such as chips and crackers in individual packages.
