This is a cleanup of the area around the Brownsville Ship Channel and Shrimp Basin on Highway 48 between Brownsville and Port Isabel.
All cleanup supplies such as gloves, trash bags, trash pickup tools, insect repellant, sunscreen, and hand sanitizer will be provided. Cold water, snacks, and food will be provided for volunteers.
Reflective vests will be available for volunteers. Giveaway prizes will be given to volunteers raffle style after the cleanup.
