From Seedling to Sapling: Community Planting Support

Join us at Marinoff Nursery in Alamo, TX for “From Seedling to Sapling”; a hands-on opportunity to support thornforest restoration! We're transferring 6,000 native seedlings into larger pots so they can grow strong and healthy for future planting across the Valley. These plants will one day help restore wildlife corridors and native habitat.

Volunteer Duties:
- Transfer native seedlings into larger containers

- Organize and prepare potting materials

- Label and arrange potted plants for growth and tracking

- Work alongside staff and other team members to support restoration efforts

No prior experience needed! We’ll show you everything you need to know.

Date: Wednesday, June 4th, 2025

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
