Description:
Volunteers will assist with the B3 Scholar Ceremony which celebrates students who have earned the B3 Scholar Seal.
Volunteer Duties:
-Directing students, faculty, and staff to their seats
-Answer questions from students, family members, or faculty.
-Gathering and distributing index cards to organize students for the ceremony
-Collecting index cards from faculty
-Setting up signage
-Setting up decorations
-Helping to crean up after the event
Event taking place at the Student Union Theater, Edinburg Campus (ESTUN 1.102)
