Thank you for your interest in being part of RGV Startup Week 2025, a week-long celebration of innovation, entrepreneurship, and community across the Rio Grande Valley. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this event a success! Please fill out the form below with your contact information and availability.
Volunteer Duties:
- Welcome attendees as they arrive.
- Provide attendees with event information and materials.
- Answer basic questions about the event schedule or location.
- Direct attendees to the registration/check-in area.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Important Notes Volunteer registration closes.
Volunteers will receive training in their respective roles. (MANDATORY FOR KEYNOTE ROLES)
We will reach out with more information on or before the week of April 21.
Please be advised, volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes as the role may require extensive walking and standing.
Some tasks may involve lifting or carrying items, so please be prepared for light physical activity.
