Help us promote sexual health and healthy relationships in our community.
As a volunteer, you are not just a helper but an integral part of our team. Your role in our education and outreach efforts, whether it's labeling brochures, bundling condoms, creating promotional buttons, or organizing supplies, is invaluable and greatly appreciated.
Most volunteer work is done at our administration office, 916 E. Hackberry, Suite A, McAllen, Monday through Friday. We also offer limited volunteer opportunities to help staff with outreach at the UTRGV Edinburg campus; please let us know by email if you are interested.
Email Volunteers@AccessClinics.org to set your schedule. We must have your name and time commitment on our calendar before you come in, as we cannot accept walk-in volunteers.
- Volunteer shifts at our administration office- 9:00 a.m. to noon or 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
- If you want to assist with outreach at the UTRGV campus, please email us for the available days and times.
- Small groups of 10 or less are welcome with advanced notice and as space permits.
- Casual jeans and t-shirts are acceptable attire. Clothing that has messages promoting drugs, alcohol, or tobacco or with offensive graphic images is not allowed.
Access Esperanza Clinics is the largest and oldest sexual and reproductive health agency along the South Texas border. We're 60 years strong and serve over 15,000 adults and teens annually. We offer health check-ups, birth control, STD testing/treatment, and other preventive health services. Most patients pay little to nothing for their care.
