Volunteers, will assist in the point in time survey with consists of a count of sheltered and unsheltered homeless persons on a single day/night in January. many non-profits are required to conduct an annual count of homeless persons who are sheltered in emergency shelter, transitional housing, and Safe Havens on a single night so that we can report to HUD.
