Volunteer Duties:
As a Space Fest 2025 Volunteer, you'll be helping make the event smooth, fun, and safe for everyone! Duties will be assigned on-site based on event needs and may include:
- Set-up & Clean-up: Help prepare and break down the event space.
- Welcoming Guests: Greet attendees and guide them to different areas.
- Activity Help: Support booths, games, or activity zones.
- Crowd Flow: Keep areas clear and assist with lines or directions.
- Runner Tasks: Be ready to jump in wherever help is needed!
Ideal Volunteer Qualities:
- Friendly and approachable
- Flexible and quick to adapt
- Enjoys large events and interacting with people
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Team-oriented and responsible
