We are excited to invite volunteers to join us on Monday, December 9th, 2024 for our Annual Moody Clinic Poinsettia Sale.
This annual fundraiser plays a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide essential rehabilitative therapy to children with special needs, from birth up to age 21. With the funds raised, we can fill the gaps in services, ensuring that every child receives the comprehensive care they deserve. Your contributions make a significant impact in our ongoing commitment to these young individuals and their families.
We would like to ask all volunteers to arrive by 8 a.m. at Moody Clinic, 1901 E. 22nd Street, Brownsville, TX 78521. The event is expected to conclude around 4 or 5 p.m., and we appreciate your willingness to contribute your time.
Volunteer duties:
- During the day, volunteers will primarily assist with sorting and organizing poinsettias.
- This process will begin with unpacking the flowers from delivery trucks.
- Once unpacked, volunteers will help sort the poinsettias according to their colors throughout the clinic to ensure an organized display.
- After sorting the flowers, we will prepare the orders, which will be set out for customers to pick up or for delivery.
