Moody Clinic is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with our Annual Poinsettia Sale Fundraiser. Volunteers are needed to help unload approximately 1,400 plants at our facility on Sunday, December 7, and to assist with loading and unloading U-Haul trucks during delivery to community supporters on Monday, December 8.
The plants will arrive at Moody Clinic on Sunday, December 7, between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m. We will need volunteers to assist with unloading between 12 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Deliveries on Monday, December 8, will take place between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Volunteers should arrive at Moody Clinic promptly at 8:15 a.m.
Volunteer Requirements: Open to all UTRGV students. No prior experience required, but the ability to lift and carry plants is helpful.
