We are looking for volunteers to assist the Office for Sustainability in set up, greeting, and exhibit booths. The event will be held in Edinburg on Apri19th at the Edinburg (Ballroom).
We will need assistance on Chapel Lawn as exhibitors are coming in (likely at 10:30) to set up at their tables to be ready for 11AM start time, then again at 2:00 when they will be taking things down.
The Food Forum begins at 1:00PM and goes until 7:00PM.
Since 2003, UTRGV and its legacy institutions, have been celebrating our world through activities such as Earth Fest. Earth Fest explores natural facets of our world that affect our daily lives. This year’s theme is Space, Energy, and Water, featuring three guest speakers, an Exhibitor Expo, and a Dinner & Movie night on both campuses. As an institution, UTRGV is in a position to inspire, engage, and prepare countless students to be socially conscious citizens and transformative leaders who will discover and apply sustainable solutions to preserve and maintain the planet.
