The Boys & Girls Club of Pharr is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support youth programming during the summer. Volunteers will work with children and teens ages 5–18 by assisting with educational, recreational, and enrichment activities in a fun and engaging environment.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with youth and have interests or experience in tutoring, technology, arts, sports, gaming, mentoring, or leadership development. Volunteers will help create a positive experience for participants while supporting staff with daily activities and programs.

Volunteer Duties Assist youth with tutoring, homework, and educational activities Support computer technology and gaming activities Assist with arts, recreation, and enrichment programs Help facilitate basketball, volleyball, soccer, and other youth activities Encourage participation and positive engagement among youth Support staff with daily program operations and activities Help maintain a welcoming, safe, and inclusive environment Schedule

Summer Program hours are available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Volunteer schedules may be arranged based on availability and program needs.
