The Robert & Janet Vackar Stadium Student Tailgate is the official gathering place for Vaqueros to show their school spirit, connect with fellow students, and cheer on the football team before kickoff. Stop by to help us beautify the grounds for an even better experience! Volunteers will assist in the following areas: Painting: Assist in painting lines to divide sections within the tailgate zoneBeautification: Place labeled signs on zoned areas and collect any trashGeneral Assistance: Assist those setting for tailgate by carrying items to their designated zoneDress Code: Closed toe or tennis shoes, full-length pants recommended (might be on knees and there is gravel), and shirts with sleeves. Please do not wear flip-flops, sandals, mini-skirts, tank-tops or sleeve-less shirts. Dinner will be provided at the end of the volunteer session.
