Romero Castle Garden Sanctuary

We are Be Still Ministry at Romero Castle Garden Sanctuary, an organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families in the Rio Grande Valley. Guided by our mission for all to be still and find peace, we operate six core programs: Junior Knights of the Round Table, The Castle Garden Keepers, Timeless Tales Circle, The High Tea Society, The Artistic Guild, and Be Still: A Faith and Fellowship Series. Our annual signature event, National Princess Week, welcomes over 500 children and caregivers facing various hardships, giving them a day of joy, encouragement, and healing. We believe every purchase and partnership has a purpose, helping us sustain programs that bring hope and transformation to our community.

At Romero Castle Garden Sanctuary (a castle garden sanctuary), we provide programs that nurture faith, peace, purpose, and healing through art, community, and nature. Through Be Still Ministry, we host immersive events, children’s clubs, and seasonal programs that encourage creativity, literacy, wellness, and family bonding. We serve children and families in the Rio Grande Valley, especially those facing hardships such as illness, disabilities, or trauma, offering safe spaces for hope and joy. Our initiatives are fully funded through community support and partnerships, ensuring that every child and caregiver we welcome experiences magical and meaningful moments.
