Upward Bound Brownsville. We are located at Porter High School, Rivera High School, Lopez High School, and Rio Hondo High School.
What We Do
The Upward Bound Program is a college preparatory program funded by the US Department of Education. The goal of the program is to provide participants the skills and motivation to complete a post-secondary education.
