Who We Are

The RCCC is a non-profit organization licensed by DSHS to provide Outpatient Adult and Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment, is a Clinical Training Institute, and a registered Continuing Education Provider. RCCC has been providing substance abuse treatment services to Cameron County residents for over twenty years.

What We Do

RCCC provides supportive and intensive outpatient treatment services to adults, adolescents, and families in Cameron County; all treatment services are provided in English and Spanish. The target population is low-income adults, 18 years and older, and adolescents, 13 to 17 years old. It is the goal of the program to provide a continuum of substance abuse treatment and related services through its agreements with both local collaborating social service agencies and DSHS funded providers.
