BANNER CARRIER – Banner Carriers march in the parade carrying a banner for a float, sponsor or other parade element. This position requires attending a volunteer session. Banner carriers must be 16 years or over. 

BALLOON HANDLERS – Monitor balloons and will help put balloons in place. Volunteers will assist in getting them ready for the parade and will hold them throughout the route. Balloon Handlers must be 18 years or older.
