Spring is arriving and its the perfect time to plant new habitat for our special wildlife. Start the day helping SPIBNC&GS naturalists and staff plant new habitat on grounds at 9am, and learn about the native plants that help resident and migratory birds and butterflies on the southern coastal tip of Texas through a "Building Backyard Habitat" presentation at 10:30am.
You'll also have an opportunity to purchase some native trees and nectar plants to plant at your home or property during our plant sale from 9am-12pm. The birds and pollinators will surely thank you for it!
