Join the Royal Event Preparation Team and help bring National Princess Week to life! Volunteers will assist in setting up and organizing event spaces to create a magical and welcoming environment for guests.
Duties include: (Volunteers will be assigned to specific areas based on the number of participants and event needs.)

Painting, refreshing, and installing welcome and directional signs.

Decorating event zones (Arbor, Stage, and Lake areas) with flowers, ribbons, and lights.

Preparing floral arrangements and table décor.

Organizing and labeling donated gowns by size.

Assisting with gown fittings prior to the event.

Cleaning and arranging tables, chairs, and other event furniture.

Collecting and organizing donated food, snacks, and decorations.

Assisting with administrative tasks such as confirming nonprofit nominations.

Supporting sponsorship and donor outreach before event week.

Helping maintain a clean and organized preparation area.
Requirements:
- Must confirm volunteer hours before arriving (call/text 956-648-9259)
- Comfortable with light physical activity (painting, decorating, organizing)
- Limited phone use during volunteer hours
- Positive attitude and commitment to serving with kindness and joy
