Mommy & Me Garden Tea Soirée – Event Preparation & Garden Support Team

Description

Be Still Ministry at Romero Castle Garden Sanctuary is seeking volunteers to assist with event preparation for the Mommy & Me: A Garden Tea Soirée. Volunteers will help create a welcoming and peaceful environment for mothers and children throughout the Rio Grande Valley through decorating, organizing event spaces, and preparing garden areas prior to the event.

Duties:

  • Assist with event setup and decorating
  • Support garden preparation and organization
  • Help with floral preparation and arrangement
  • Organize supplies, materials, and event spaces
  • Prepare activity and guest areas before the event
  • Support general event preparation tasks as needed
