The Guest Hospitality & Family Support Team will help welcome and guide families attending the Mommy & Me: A Garden Tea Soirée. Volunteers will support guest check-in and assist families throughout the event to help create a positive and encouraging experience.
Duties:
- Assist with guest check-in and welcome guests
- Help families navigate activity stations and event areas
- Answer basic questions and provide directions
- Support a welcoming and organized environment
- Assist with guest flow and event hospitality
- Provide general support to families throughout the event
