Basketball Competition: Support Assistant (Team Event)

Join us for the Basketball Team Competition hosted by Special Olympics South Texas! This exciting event brings together athletes to showcase their skills, teamwork, and passion for the game. Volunteers play a vital role in ensuring the event’s success by helping with set-up and tear-down, loading equipment, keeping score during games, and presenting awards to the athletes. Be part of a day filled with energy, sportsmanship, and celebration, while making a positive impact on the lives of these incredible athletes and their families!

Please wear athletic, comfortable clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes—sandals or Crocs are not allowed. Volunteers are also encouraged to wear clothing that promotes their student organization (if applicable) or university.
