Volunteers will be assisting with the B3 Scholar Ceremony which celebrates students who have completed bilingual (Spanish/English) coursework to highlight and recognize their bilingual and biliterate skills.
Volunteer Duties:
- Directing students, faculty, and staff to their seats
- Answering questions from students, family members or faculty
- Gathering and distributing index cards to organize students for the ceremony
- Collecting index cards from faculty
- Setting up signage
- Setting up decorations
- Helping to clean up after the event
This need will happen in the Edinburg Student Union Theater (ESTUN 1.102)
