Registration Assistant in Edinburg - Tuesday, April 21, 2026

We need your assistance at our registration booth! Registration Assistants will be responsible for: 

• Maintaining the registration booth 

• Registering all attendees in a quick, polite/friendly, and professional manner 

• Providing assistance to attendees as needed 

• Overseeing giveaway booth and spin wheel 

• Monitoring giveaway/raffle items 

• Assisting with community partner registration, as needed 

All volunteers will be required to attend a pre-symposium orientation prior to the event. Details will be shared via email. For more information, contact the Engaged Office at engaged@utrgv.edu
