Volunteer Role: Workshop Support – SCI Series (May 13)
Latinx Voces is seeking volunteers to support our upcoming Skills for Community Impact (SCI) Workshop: Designing Strategic Partnerships for Impact.
This is a hands-on, professional training session for public health, nonprofit, and community leaders. Volunteers play an important role in helping ensure a smooth, welcoming, and organized experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
Volunteers will support with:
- Event setup and check-in (in-person participants)
- Greeting attendees and helping with directions or basic questions
- Distributing materials (workbooks, sign-in sheets, etc.)
- Supporting basic logistics during the session (timekeeping, transitions, room support)
- Assisting with participant needs during activities
- Supporting light cleanup and breakdown after the session
