Volunteer Role (Event Support Team):
Volunteers will play an essential role in ensuring the success of the Health Resource Fair. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with event setup and preparation
- Greeting and welcoming attendees upon arrival
- Directing and guiding participants to appropriate booths and services
- Supporting check-in and registration processes
- Checking in with booth representatives to ensure they have necessary materials and support
- Helping maintain organization and flow throughout the event
- Assisting with event breakdown and cleanup after the fair concludes
