UTRGV #subculture: The Future is Now @ FESTIBA is a free community event, in which students and local artists come together to showcase their work and develop an interactive environment through artistic workshops. The event will take place on Friday, March 1st, from 6-9 p.m. at Edinburg City Hall grounds.
Workshops include:
- Printmaking: watch, learn, and participate.
- Engineering and Computer Science: demystifying robotics, gaming, and technology.
- Drumming: grab some sticks and feel the beat.
- Virtual Reality: experience the future in 3D.
- Selfie Culture: create, share, and explore “selfie” photography.
