The Boys and Girls Clubs of Edinburg RGV is looking for volunteers for our 2019 San Carlos Kite Fun Fly Festival! Volunteers will assist in the set up and take down of the event, as well as other duties as needed. Start time is 7:30am and tentative end time is 2:00pm.
