McAllen Marathon is set for Sunday, January 19th and will begin at the McAllen Convention Center. The McAllen Parks & Recreation Department is looking for volunteers to assist in several areas of the marathon. Below is a list of the needs:
- Giving Out Medals to Finishers
- Passing Out Snacks and Water
- Assist at Water Stations
All volunteers must be 16 years or over and must complete all the required volunteer forms. Please email kmancias@mcallen.net for the complete forms. All volunteers must also have a volunteer badge at event check in.
