Volunteers needed to assist with chalking Downtown Weslaco Vendor spaces; set up EDCW vendor booths, and guide vendors to spaces.
Between 3:00 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. Volunteers will meet at the EDC -Weslaco office to check-in, address is 275 S. Kansas Ave., Weslaco, TX 78596, and assist EDCW staff to load table, chairs, and canopy.
At 3:20 p.m. EDCW staff and volunteers head to Historic Downtown Weslaco to chalk vendor spaces/numbers
All staff and volunteers will be assisting in guiding vendors who are unable to locate space or vendor numbers.
Also, volunteers and staff will assist in setting up Pop Up canopy, tables, and chairs at the EDCW vendor space.
