The UTRGV Food Summit will bring together farmers, educators, activists, artists, businesses, and consumers, alongside policymakers and government agencies, to imagine and create pathways toward a more equitable food system for the region and beyond.
We will need help setting up, managing registration tables, etc. We are also looking for volunteers to manage the digital media that will be projected during the event. This will be a wonderful opportunity to network and rub shoulders with the RGV food community.
Breakfast, Snacks, and Lunch will be provided. This event will take place in the College of Education Borderlands Room, E-Educ 3.204A on UTRGV's Edinburg Campus.
