Volunteers will sort food by category, place food in bags, brake down boxes, help carry bags to vehicles, sweep and mop auditorium once event is over.
Most of the event is held inside the Basilica Auditorium until the bags are ready to be carried to vehicles.
We have tents lined up in our parking lot to cover rain or sun. If volunteers are not comfortable standing outside in rain or the heat they are more than welcome to stay inside the auditorium.
