Join us for our Nuts 4 Nutrition 5K/1 Mile Fun Run and Walk.  We need volunteers to work and teams to walk or run.  

Volunteers are needed to help sign up last minute registrants, take pictures, set up and work at the water tables on the course, help take down tables and chairs after the run and many other duties.  This is a fun event for adults and children of all ages to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle. Our mission is to educate the public about eating healthy and living healthy.  If you would like to participate in the run, why not get a running/walking team together and join the fun!
